This Crashpad is outside a locker, and can be picked up without arranging it with the board, as long as the club is open.
The price cover the period of time where you are climbing. If the crashpads have not been rented out, you can pick them up a bit earlier, and deliver them a bit later. But for you own sake, we recommend that you make sure to have the time, to hand them over to the club on your last day of renting, to avoid anybody being stranded without a crashpad.
There is no refund. If you book the crashpads, you are paying for them, if you pick them up or not.
