To pick up the book, contact the board on info@dtuclimbing.dk and arrange a day and time for picking them up.
The board dose not check E-mails in the weekend or after 17:00.
If you rent anything, make sure to contact the board at least 72 hours before pickup to ensure that we can find someone with time to find the stuff
The price cover the period of time where you are climbing. If the guidebook has not been rented out, you can pick them up a bit earlier, and deliver them a bit later. But for you own sake, we recommend that you make sure to have the time, to hand them over to the club on your last day of renting, to avoid anybody being stranded without a crashpad.
There is no refund. If you book any guidebooks, you are paying for them, if you pick them up or not.
